How To Return An Item

We’re really sorry that you are not as in love with your purchase as we hoped you would be. No worries, to return your item please follow the steps below:

  1. Email journey@sisiano.comto request a refund and we will assign you an Order Return #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, your Order Return # and the original receipt.
Note that, unless there is a manufacturer defect, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of your purchase.
Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny exchange or refund requests for any merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. Please note that guests are responsible for charges related to shipping the item to be exchanged to our location.
